No, ZetBuzz permits only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts violates ZetBuzz's terms and is treated as bonus fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to play, they may open separate accounts using different devices and payment methods.

Resetting your password is quick and easy. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. An OTP or reset link will be sent within seconds. Use it to set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long — avoid anything easily guessable, such as 123456.

KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals. It keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. To complete KYC, you will need:

• Scan or photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie or photo of yourself holding your NID
• Bank statement or mobile banking screenshot (if required)

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

There are several reasons an account may be suspended — repeated incorrect password attempts, unusual activity, or verification issues. In this case, contact the ZetBuzz support team directly. Include your registered mobile number and a description of the issue in your support email. Issues are typically resolved within 12–24 hours.
